I recently had my house fitted with some fine 2 1/2″ wood blinds. Joe was great to work with and gave us an excellent price on our blinds. In dealing with Joe I really felt that he had our best interest in mind. He seemed like a very honest person to work with and even answered his phone when we called him after hours with questions. From ordering the blinds to having them installed it took a little less than 2 weeks (and they had said 2 weeks). The customer service is great as well.

Following the installation we received a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with the product and that everything had gone smoothly. We were very happy. We did have 2 blind slats that had minor flaws that needed to be replaced and they replaced them without hesitation. Such a great company to work with. You can’t go wrong using Sunburst Shutters for your blinds and shutter needs!

Thank you Joe and Melissa for the awesome job you did on our condo’s window coverings. I shopped around to compare price and quality, and you were the best. Even beating Costco prices by quite a bit. I especially love that your blinds don’t have “holes”, and they can be truly private. The fabric vertical blinds are beautiful and functional. We’ll be using you for all our blind needs in the future.

We recently had Sunburst install 8 roller shades (Polar Shade) in our new home. 6 motorized and 2 manual. The product and installation were great. The estimate was very competitive and provided the best warranty. Working with Joe and Melissa was a pleasure. We are very satisfied customers.
